Last item! Original screenprint by the painter Guillaume Corneille, born in Liège to Dutch parents and founding member of the Cobra movement. Signed and dated in graphite by the artist's hand - 2001 - Artist's copy E/A Atelier Corneille stamp on the back. Total dimensions: 33 x 53 cm - There are 4 colored versions of this work. Corneille pays homage to the city of Auvers-sur-Oise by taking up a theme dear to Vincent Van Gogh "The Church of Auvers" which he painted in 1890. Van Gogh and Corneille were not the only painters to stay there, other famous artists such as Pissaro, Cézanne or the Douanier Rousseau also took up residence there.
